Sponsors of ProRodeo
Our sponsors make our ProRodeo possible. Along with the hard work of Cattlemen members, sponsors are the backbone. Without your support, we could not give back to the community. All proceeds generated from rodeo ticket sales, after the bills are paid, are given to local youth organizations: The FFA, 4H, the High School Rodeo, Relay For Life and other community activities.
One example of how sponsor dollars are used: We purchase PRCA ProRodeo programs, unassembled. We sell ads to put in the programs, have the printers insert the ads and put the programs together. Over the past three years, we have given our programs to the the FFA for selling. They They keep every dollar they make for scholarships. We may spend $1000 for programs and printing. The FFA made $1500. In a sense, they have received $2500. Furthermore, proceeds from ticket sales has provided an additional $1000 presented to them after the rodeo bringing the sum to $3500.
